Motorhome Booking procedure

What happens next?

• As soon as we receive your completed booking form, all details will be checked and forwarded to our insurance company.
• We will then send you a confirmation email, please check all details are correct. If everything is correct you need do no more.
• A deposit of £150 per week is required; this can be paid to us by credit card, cheque or direct bank transfer.
• We will send you confirmation of payment and the balance for your hire will be due 28 days prior to hire. (We will contact you as and when this is required).
• We will email you 7/10 days before your hire to inform you of your collection times and directions to our compound.
• On your day of hire you need to bring your driving license (Including the paper part) and two forms of ID showing your current address.
• After a full demonstration of the vehicle you will be on your way!
